  The only good thing is that they have now this self service kiosk so you dont even have to deal with service " without " smile.. Just grab your food and go...

  Midnight service is horrible. Waited in drive-through for 15 minutes after ordering a double cheeseburger with a coke (fairly simple order), and when I came up to the window, the woman asked me to confirm my order twice, and after leaving I found myself with 2 junior chicken burgers and a small coke instead of a medium one. Made me pay more as a result. What a joke.

  Very dirty and chaotic. Not one smile and barely any acknowledgement. A mistake was made on my order and when I went back to have it corrected they didn't a knowledge me for 2-3 minutes until the floor manager looked at me with a bored look. I showed him the problem. He didn't even a knowledge the situation and just took my burger from me to have it remade. He then left to take care of something else. The kitchen cook had to grab someone to take me my burger. The young lady almost threw it on my plate and just left without any acknowledgement once again. Very bad service. Very bad experience.

  Waited about 2 minutes at the speaker before taking my order ( was not busy)... placing my order was a nightmare as the guy seemed to know nothing about the menu and kept saying" what"... I then wait 7 minutes until the window... then he tells me they can only take cash... I was ordering for 4 people so luckily I had cash on me... I then wait 10 minutes for my order... No cutlery.. i specifically asked for butter and syrup... got 0...pancakes were dry and cold... waste of money...waste of time... probably the worst experience at McDonald's.
