Henri , the waiter, is fluent in 4 languages, and the best server by far i have seen, with attention to Detail! The best attribute of this place is ownwer operator Bien.. this Chef is the best seafood chef i have seen, and best Vietnamese cook ever !! all the ingredients in all the dishes are fresh and tasty...
