  This restaurant was below average for Tim Hortons. On 2 back to back occasions my coffee was cold. On the second, they delivered a croissant directly from the oven to my 3 year-old. While nobody was hurt, my child could have been seriously burned. The last visit my coffee was on the border of being cold and my doughnut was quite stale (old). Any one or two incidents could have been abnormalities but 3 negative experiences in a row show a consistent trend and need for the establishment to improve.

  Great location. Great service at the cash but frustrating service from the food bar at times. Unacceptable to require three attempts to get an order correct.

  Good Tim Hortons, great employees and good and fast customer service. Will sometimes make mistakes, but they will be corrected fast and with a smile if asked nicely. All in all it's a good place to stop for a coffee on the go.
